avoid additional after deadline charges, materials

Please note: For your convenience, the rates listed on the Material Handling Order Form include the
warehouse and inbound show site shipments overtime charges. In addition, outbound shipments
after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday will be assessed overtime charges.
Our Exhibitor Services Department will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and
Labels in advance. Complete the Shipping Outbound Order Form and your paperwork will be available at
show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements
for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.
OVERTIME
Overtime charges will be in effect:
If freight is received at the warehouse and delivered to show site before 8:00 a.m.
or after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, or anytime on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
If freight is received at show site before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, or

LABOR INFORMATION
Union Labor may be required for your exhibit installation and dismantle. Please carefully read the
UNION RULES AND REGULATIONS to determine your needs. Exhibitors supervising labor need to
pick up and release their labor at the Service Desk. Refer to the Labor Order Form for Straight Time and
Overtime hours
